1. Eligibility

• Brands must be legally authorized to engage in content transactions

2. Platform Role Diglancers provides pricing control, creator vetting, escrow security, creative guidance, and performance analytics. We act as an intermediary to simplify brand-creator collaborations.

3. Creator Expectations

• Submit original content per campaign brief

• No negotiations with brands — all pricing is handled by Diglancers

• Meet delivery timelines and quality standards

• Payments are made post-approval

4. Brand/Agency Responsibilities

• Provide clear briefs, budgets, and goals

• Approve or request revisions within 72 hours

• Pay 100% of project cost upfront

5. Prohibited Activities

• Circumventing the platform for off-site deals

• Fake profiles, plagiarism, or misleading content

6. Termination We reserve the right to terminate accounts that breach policies or harm platform trust.

7. Disclaimer We are not liable for misuse of content by creators or unapproved campaign changes by brands.

8. Dispute Resolution Disputes are handled first internally. Unresolved issues fall under Nigerian legal jurisdiction.
