These terms govern financial transactions, content rights, and refund procedures.

1. Payment Process

• Brands pay 100% of package cost upfront

• Our current packages:

  • Pay-As-You-Go: 1 Video – $130

  • Starter Package: 5 Videos – $600

  • Growth Package: 10 Videos – $1,150

  • Pro Package: 20 Videos – $2,200

  • Custom Package: Request a Quote
    
    

• Optional add-on: Posting by creator – $40/video
  
  

• Diglancers retains 40% to cover campaign management, creator coordination, performance reports, and platform fees

• Creators are paid fixed, non-negotiable rates based on tier, services, and platform presence

2. Refund Policy

• Full refunds for undelivered content

• Partial refunds if content is rejected and unrevised

• Reviews are case-by-case and processed within 7–10 business days

3. Usage Rights

• Brands receive full commercial rights after payment and approval

• Content may be used on social, ads, websites, and emails

• Extended rights may require extra fees

• Creators cannot reuse or resell campaign content

• Diglancers reserves the right to use approved content for internal promotion

4. Taxes & Platform Fees

• Brand service fee: Included in package total (approx. 5%)

• Creator platform fee: 40% retained depending on service

• Taxes are applied as per law and location

5. Payout Schedule

• Creators are paid within 3–7 business days post-approval

• Delays may occur due to pending revisions, approval lags, or payout verification
