These terms apply specifically to transactions between brands/agencies, creators, and Diglancers.com.

1. Payment Process

• Brands must pay 100% of the campaign budget upfront.

• Diglancers charges a 10% campaign management fee from the brand.

• Funds are held securely in escrow until content is delivered and approved.

• Upon approval, creators are paid 85% of their quoted fee (15% platform fee applies).

• Diglancers handles all communication, delivery coordination, and payments end-to-end.

2. Refund Policy

• Full refunds are issued if a creator fails to deliver content.

• Partial refunds may be provided if the delivered content is not usable and no revisions are accepted.

• Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• All refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Usage Rights

• Upon payment and content delivery, brands receive full commercial rights to the submitted content.

• Content may be used for organic and paid use on social media, ads, websites, or marketing platforms.

• The creator retains moral rights, but Diglancers handles all licensing and approvals.

• Extended rights (e.g. paid media, whitelisting, resale) may require an additional fee.

• Creators may not reuse or resell content submitted for a campaign.

• Diglancers reserves the right to reuse content for platform promotion (e.g., case studies, portfolio, social proof).

4. Taxes & Platform Fees

• A 10% service fee is charged to brands and automatically included in the total campaign budget.

• A 15% platform fee is deducted from creator payouts.

• All applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) are included where required.

• Diglancers may deduct taxes from creator earnings if required by Nigerian law or international tax compliance rules.

5. Payout Schedule

• Creators are paid within 3–7 business days after content is approved by the brand.

• Payouts are made via verified bank transfer or other approved payment channels.

• Payout delays may occur if:

  • Revisions are pending

  • Content approval is incomplete

  • Bank verification issues arise
