Welcome to Diglancers.com. These Terms govern your use of the platform, whether as a creator, brand, or agency.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18+ to register.

• Brands and agencies must have the legal capacity to engage in transactions.

2. Platform Role

• Diglancers acts as a managed intermediary, connecting brands with vetted creators. We facilitate content creation, payments, and campaign delivery.

3. Creator Expectations

• Provide original content in line with brand briefs.

• Meet deadlines and adhere to guidelines.

• Payments are made only after brand approval.

4. Brand/Agency Responsibilities

• Provide clear briefs and expectations.

• Approve or request revisions within 72 hours.

• Payments must be made upfront and are held in escrow.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Off-platform deals with Diglancers creators.

• Fake accounts, plagiarism, or fraudulent activity.

6. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or damage platform integrity.

7. Liability Disclaimer Diglancers is not liable for content posted by creators outside agreed briefs, or for campaigns not properly communicated by brands.

8. Dispute Resolution We aim to resolve issues internally. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled under Nigerian law.
